The Isles of Shoals Historical and Research Association (ISHRA) locates, collects, organizes, preserves, expands, and makes available information and knowledge relating to the natural and human history of the Isles of Shoals. We hope you find this website as an informative tool to a better understanding of Shoals history.

Meetings are held at 7 P.M. on the 2nd Tuesday of May and the 2nd Tuesday of November at the Seacoast Science Center in Rye, NH. Meetings include an informative and entertaining program related to the Isles of Shoals on topics ranging from archaeological research to winter caretaking on the Shoals.
